This memo defines a portion of the Management Information Base (MIB)
for use with network management protocols in the Internet
community. The document proposes an extension to the Remote
Monitoring MIB with a method of sorting the interfaces of a monitored
device according to values of parameters specific to this interface.
This document is a product of the Remote Network Monitoring Working
Group of the IETF.
This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.
This document specifies an Internet standards track protocol for
the Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions
for improvements. Please refer to the current edition of the
"Internet Official Protocol Standards" (STD 1) for the
standardization state and status of this protocol. Distribution
of this memo is unlimited.
